This week has been a good week for running. i am projected to be at about 65 miles this week with a day off.
Sunday: 10.5 miles. I met a handful of GRCers at Old Anglers Inn for a nice, relaxing run through carderrock along the towpath. Beautiful weather and a beautiful meal followed at Chicken Out.
Sunday Night Football was awesome with the Birds downing the Giants and therefore are the sole leaders of the NFC East!!! That topped my weekend.
Monday: 10 miles (Workout!!!)

* The workout felt really good. It is funny how I begin the workout feeling sluggish on the slower intervals but by the middle to second half arrives and the tempo has been picked up, I feel really good.
Tuesday: OFF Day! 0 miles
Wednesday: 10 miles
