Race Day

It is saturday morning at 815am.  After completing the course preview yesterday, my cousin picked me up in his saab surf cruiser and we proceeded to his place in ocean beach.  he drove me around the scene and told me the cool places we would check out post race.  After a nice italian dinner ,i stopped at a local grocery store, watched a bit of tv and crashed at 930pm.  I went for a short and easy shake out along the beach this morning.   I am heading to a highly recommeneded diner for a big breakfast and will veg out until 11.   I feel good, and ready to go after a good race!
