I met up with Jordan Snyder and Karl Dusen for a nice trail run around Cabin John. The weather was overcast and the air was crisp... which is my favorite fall running weather. We ran our usual route and looped up at Seven Locks road and back into the trails at the nature center. 8.5 for the day.
