This week was another very light week of just easy/short distance running. My legs are feeling a bit wobbly but this is normal.
all easy runs... very relaxed:
Sunday: 8 miles
Monday: off
Tuesday: 6 miles
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thursday: 7 miles
Friday: 10 miles
Saturday: _____
Total: 46 for the week.
